Physiotherapists assess, manage, prevent and treat conditions that affect musculoskeletal (muscles and bones) and nervous systems. Movement and function can be threatened by injury, aging, illness, disease, inactivity or environmental factors. Physiotherapy helps restore this movement and function to reduce pain and inflammation.
At North Ajax Rehab & Sports Injury Clinic we believe in the effectiveness of hands-on therapies. Most of your time with your physiotherapist is spent one-to-one. Your therapist uses specific, scientifically proven hands-on techniques.

We’ll talk about what causes your pain, what activities you would like to perform, and what difficulties you have.
Although you may feel some pain in the assessment process, it should be very similar to the pain you experience regularly. We are looking for the cause of your pain. The assessment itself does not hurt.
